Understanding Your Pain
Not everyone gets an injury through sudden trauma, i.e. Whiplash from a car accident or a clash on the football field, a strain or a pull in sport.
Many people become injured over time, this could have something to do with their daily routine or work conditions. These conditions tend to sneak up on people until something gives and then they become more obvious.

TRM provides massage treatments to suit the individual, whether they suffer from stress and tension, have some type of injury or just would like a treatment to unwind and relax.
Over many years I have successfully treated more people for conditions relating to their lifestyle or work related situations than any other. That says lot about the pressures of modern life when you consider that I also work in the sporting industry.
Back Pain
Although people acquire back pain in various ways, sudden trauma, degeneration of muscle or disc, in many cases it may be due to muscle imbalances within the body.
This is not always directly in the back it’s self but may be traced to other areas like the hips and legs.

Neck Pain
Besides the immediate discomfort, neck pain may cause, nausea, head aches and generally make you feel tense and stressed.
Direct and effective treatments will often lead to a pain free neck.

Shoulders
This area is where a lot of people begin to carry their stress and strain. The phrase “with the weight of the world on your shoulders” rings particularly true here.
Treatments to the upper back and surrounding areas prove very effective in relieving pain here.

Hips & Legs
Muscles which can cause pull and tilt in this area can be rebalanced, relaxed, and strengthened, taking pressure out of the lower back, along with relieving sciatic pain.
